Terms of service

The rules for using EchoRadio. Last updated 11 October 2026.

1. What EchoRadio is

EchoRadio is an online radio and community platform. By using the site, the player, or any account feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other listeners at risk.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use EchoRadio to harass others, post illegal material, impersonate anyone, spam the request system, or interfere with the site or stream. Song requests are moderated — anything abusive or repetitive will be rejected.

4. Content and licensing

Music played on EchoRadio is licensed through the appropriate performing rights arrangements for the territories we broadcast to. Station branding, artwork, and site content belong to EchoRadio or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

5. Contributions

When you send a song request, message, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to use it for running the station. We can remove content at our discretion.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the stream and site running, but the service is provided as-is. We can change, pause, or retire features without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, EchoRadio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the station grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms? Use the contact page and we will get back to you.
