What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address, username, display name, and a hashed password. If you upload a profile picture, that image is stored too. We keep basic logs of activity for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
We do not buy or sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Payment details, if you ever support the station, are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember your volume and cookie preference, and protect forms from abuse. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Listening data
We record listening sessions and song plays in aggregate so we can show what is popular and improve the schedule. These statistics are not tied to anything sold or shared with advertisers.
Who can see your profile
Your display name, username, bio, avatar, badges, and staff roles are visible to anyone on the community page. Your email address is never shown publicly.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. If you want everything removed, contact us through the contact page and we will delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the site: hosting for the platform, an email provider for verification and account messages, and the streaming provider for audio. They only get what they need to do their job.
Your rights
You can review your details in account settings and edit your profile from your member page at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or erase your data — ask us and we will act on it.
